We first ensure that we clearly identify the wishes and needs of the customer. What do the current job profiles look like? Which categories will be used?
EeZZer employees give a workshop on how an ideal job profile in EeZZer looks and what it should contain.
Drafting & Entering
By means of access to the existing database and in collaboration with EeZZer, the customer translates the current job profiles to “EeZZer-proof profiles”, to then enter them.
The final step is the rollout of EeZZer within the organization. Linking employees to the right functions and guidance in conducting development interviews.
